Bindex technology introduced in Boots pharmacies in the UK

Boots has launched a new pilot service in the UK using Bindex® ultrasound technology to assess osteoporosis risk. The quick assessment, available in selected Boots pharmacies, brings bone health assessment closer to people’s everyday lives and supports earlier identification of osteoporosis risk.

The collaboration is part of a broader shift in healthcare from treatment toward prevention, and from hospital-based care to more accessible community services.
